BolFluent helps Hindi speakers learn English. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, write to us — the address is at the bottom.
What we collect

| Your name and email address | To create your account and sign you in. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your name and email — never your password. |
| Your learning progress — lessons finished, quiz scores, practice streak | So your progress follows you to any device you sign in on. |
| Reports from your sessions with Vaani — corrections, scores, a short summary | So you can reopen a past session and see what to work on. |
| How many minutes of Vaani you use each month | To apply your monthly allowance. It is a count of seconds, not a record of what you said. |
We do not ask for your phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and the app does not request those permissions.
Your microphone
Recording only starts when you tap the microphone button, and stops when you stop it. The app never listens in the background. The recording is sent to be turned into text so Vaani can reply and correct you. We do not keep the audio afterwards — only the text of the conversation, and only so your report and saved session work.
Who else processes your data
We use these services to run BolFluent. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Deleting your account
Open Settings → Delete account in the app. This permanently deletes your account, your progress and your saved reports. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it for you afterwards. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Children
BolFluent is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
