Terms of Use

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms cover your use of BolFluent — the app, the website, and Vaani, the AI tutor inside them. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Vaani is a practice partner, not an expert

Vaani is powered by an AI language model. She is good at conversation practice and at catching common mistakes, but she is not always right. Do not rely on her for anything that matters — exam preparation aside, that means not for legal, medical, financial or immigration advice, and not as the final word on a piece of English you are about to submit somewhere important.

Your scores and reports are a guide to help you practise. They are not a qualification and no one else should treat them as one.

Fair use

Paid plans include a set number of hours of Vaani each month. The app shows how much you have used. Please do not try to get around that limit, script the app, resell access, or use BolFluent to build or train a competing service.

We may suspend an account that is being used this way, or that is being used to harass, to produce harmful content, or to break the law.

Content

The lessons, sentences, audio and Vaani's design are ours. Use them to learn — not to copy, republish or sell. What you say and type stays yours; you are giving us permission to process it only so the app can work, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We try to keep BolFluent running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will never go down, and features may change as the app improves. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use BolFluent afterwards means you accept the new version.
