Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your BolFluent account and everything we hold about you.
BolFluent is published by Asriva Tech. The app is BolFluent
(com.bolfluent.app).
If you still have the app
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Confirm when asked. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period, no confirmation email, and no way to undo it.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email info@asriva.in from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. Sending it from your own address is how we confirm the request is really yours. We will delete it and reply to confirm, within 30 days and normally within a few working days.
What gets deleted
All of this goes at once, permanently:

Your voice recordings are not on this list because we never kept them. Audio is sent to be turned into text and is not stored, so there is nothing there to delete.
What is kept, and for how long

| A usage counter — the number of seconds of Vaani used in a given month | This is a number attached to an account ID that no longer exists. It is not linked to you, your name or your email, and it deletes itself automatically within 62 days. |
| Payment records, if you ever subscribed | Held by our payment processor, Razorpay, who are required by law to keep transaction records. We never see or store your card or UPI details. |
